Rachel Renee was born on January 5, 1993, in Kansas City, MO. As a child, she exuded a natural passion for storytelling, music, and outdoor adventures. She began her training in the spotlight when her mother enrolled her in the Smith Sisters Dance Studio, where she studied ballet, tap, jazz, acrobatics, and joined the dance troupe. A true polymath even in her youth, Rachel also studied Kempo Karate, instilling in her a deep sense of discipline, focus, and self-mastery from an early age.
Her father, Courtney "Big Court" Richardson II, was a local rapper known by the stage name Court Dog. He was briefly signed to Master P’s No Limit Records and was featured on the Down South Hustlers compilation, bringing Kansas City its first Gold Plaque in hip-hop.
Rachel proudly descends from the Yoruba tribe of Nigeria. Her maternal grandfather immigrated to the United States from Lagos in the 1970s on a scholarship to pursue his college degree, laying the foundation for a family legacy rooted in education, global citizenship, and cultural richness.
In 2003, the family relocated to Los Angeles, CA, in pursuit of her father's entertainment aspirations. After college, Rachel's early career was diverse—spanning retail, accounting, and creative ventures. Her nomadic spirit took her across Las Vegas, Houston, and the Midwest before returning to the West Coast, where she made a powerful pivot into Tech, Media, and Entertainment.
Rachel Renee graduated from the Art Institute of California-Hollywood with an Associate of Science degree in Fashion Marketing & Management. She is currently earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Concentration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Louisiana State University-Alexandria.
Rachel is the CEO of Chameleon Holdings, a portfolio of disruptive and legacy businesses that span technology, media, consulting, and cultural influence.
Rachel is the Co-host of Holdin’ Court Podcast on Revolt TV alongside her father, “Big Court,” where they merge culture, business, and candid dialogue into a powerful broadcast platform.
She also serves as the Director of Culture at OG Network, the cutting-edge streaming service co-founded by Big Court and Ice-T. In this role, she curates brand partnerships, shapes original series pipelines, and engineers on-platform experiences that resonate with a global, multicultural audience. OG Network is currently streaming across Apple TV, Google Play, Amazon Fire, and Roku.
