ABOUT RACHEL RENEE

Early Life

Rachel Renee was born on January 5, 1993, in Kansas City, MO. As a child, she exuded a natural passion for storytelling, music, and outdoor adventures. She began her training in the spotlight when her mother enrolled her in the Smith Sisters Dance Studio, where she studied ballet, tap, jazz, acrobatics, and joined the  dance troupe. A true polymath even in her youth, Rachel also studied Kempo Karate, instilling in her a deep sense of discipline, focus, and self-mastery from an early age.

Her father, Courtney "Big Court" Richardson II, was a local rapper known by the stage name Court Dog. He was briefly signed to Master P’s No Limit Records and was featured on the Down South Hustlers compilation, bringing Kansas City its first Gold Plaque in hip-hop.

Rachel proudly descends from the Yoruba tribe of Nigeria. Her maternal grandfather immigrated to the United States from Lagos in the 1970s on a scholarship to pursue his college degree, laying the foundation for a family legacy rooted in education, global citizenship, and cultural richness.

In 2003, the family relocated to Los Angeles, CA, in pursuit of her father's entertainment aspirations. After college, Rachel's early career was diverse—spanning retail, accounting, and creative ventures. Her nomadic spirit took her across Las Vegas, Houston, and the Midwest before returning to the West Coast, where she made a powerful pivot into Tech, Media, and Entertainment.

Education

Rachel Renee graduated from the Art Institute of California-Hollywood with an Associate of Science degree in Fashion Marketing & Management. She is currently earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Concentration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Louisiana State University-Alexandria.

Goat Moves Inc

Rachel Renee is the Founder and CEO of Goat Moves Inc. (GMi)—a bold, high-impact technology and entertainment company reshaping the digital marketplace. Originally launched as the only 24-hour drug and DNA testing provider in the Kansas City metro with federal and government contracting credentials, GMi has evolved into a global marketplace and innovation engine that redefines how products, services, content, and intellectual property are exchanged.

With a commitment to smart city integration and digital inclusivity, Goat Moves Marketplace offers a seamless, patent-pending solution for businesses to list and monetize their offerings. The platform has amassed a waitlist of over 8,000 users and 900 sellers and is uniquely positioned at the intersection of fintech, digital commerce, and media streaming.

In January 2025, GMi secured a groundbreaking partnership with OG Network, the new OTT streaming platform founded by her father Big Court and the legendary Ice-T, to launch Kali Streaming on the marketplace. That same month, GMi partnered with Unielogics, a logistics software provider helping small businesses tap into enterprise-grade warehousing and fulfillment systems. The company also secured a multi-million dollar programmatic advertising deal with Consult TV, which services Sinclair Broadcasting, Gray Television, and Hearst Media.

Further expanding its dominance in MarTech, Goat Moves Inc. acquired FWRDcc in 2024. FWRDcc bridges the gap between small businesses and enterprise sales and marketing platforms by offering a single-engine, multi-product hub that transforms web links into dynamic Calls-to-Action (CTAs). From intelligent URLs to AI-ready sales funnels, FWRDcc’s suite simplifies the customer journey and boosts conversion rates across all digital touchpoints.

  • $325 Billion MarTech Market, projected to reach $1 trillion by 2031

  • 7,258% Growth in MarTech over the past 12 years

Rachel has positioned GMi as the catalyst for small business elevation and digital empowerment on a global scale.

Media & Entertainment

Rachel co-hosts Revolt Media's Holdin’ Court Podcast alongside her father, "Big Court". Together, they merge culture, business, and candid dialogue into a powerful broadcast platform. In spring 2025, she was named Director of Culture for OG Network, the streaming service co-founded by Big Court and Ice-T. In this role, she curates brand partnerships, cultural narratives, and on-platform experiences that resonate with a global, multicultural audience.

Rachel also co-founded Gemini Moon Media with her siblings, Courtney Richardson III and Courtney Oriyomi. The company represents a family-led creative force entering film, television, and digital content. As the eldest sibling, Rachel leads the vision and business development, supported by her brother—a UCLA-trained actor—and her sister, a gifted pianist and digital artist.

Consulting

Given her extensive experience across industries from fashion to finance, media to marketplaces—Rachel launched Dark Matter Consulting, a boutique firm that advises entrepreneurs, startups, and creatives on scale, structure, and storytelling. Through Dark Matter, Rachel connects founders with a high-impact network of investors, strategists, and operators across tech, entertainment, government, and international trade.
